Wide Grip Bench (Take your max and subtract 10 to get your 1 set and subtract 5 from it to get your 2 set and continue to subtract 5 for each set untill you get your 8 set. Your last set of 4 should equal your set of 6.)

Incline Bench
2 sets of 10
Flys (lay on a bench, bend your arms slightly at the elbows, and bring them down parallel with your body and then back up directly above your chest keeping your arms locked in a bent position the whole time)
2 sets of 12
Pushups Wide (keep your elbows out)
2 sets of 25-50
Incline Pushups (elevate your feet and keep your arms wide and elbows out)
2 sets of 15-30
Do this workout 2-3 times a week. Your chest needs at least 48 hours of rest. To make your chest larger, the best exercise is pushups. You should do pushups everyday. Remember to always stretch before and after your workout to keep from becoming stiff and always drink plenty of water.
