First Dream

My class and I'd gone to see some speaker about CATS (why, I don't know.) We were sitting on this big trampouline (again, why, I don't know) and Betty Buckley (the original Grizabella) was sitting a few feet away from me. I crawled over to her and said something like, "Hi! You're Grizabella!" She didn't look too thrilled to see me, and just said "Hi," and edged away. I was disappointed and crawled back to my place. But after the show, I tried again and she was a lot nicer and let me have her autograph.

My second dream was that my school and I went to see the actual show of CATS. I got lost backstage and I couldn't find my shoes. I didn't want to go back out without my shoes, but that wasn't a problem because I couldn't find the way out anyway! Finally I found my shoes AND the way out (I don't remember how) but my teacher was really mad at me and the show still hadn't started. The overture just kept playing over and over, and I woke up before the actual show could start.

My last and third Cats dream was that I was in a courtroom (?!) and 3 Mr. Mistoffelees'es came out and started singing "The Addressing of Cats." I couldn't believe it! Then someone else got up and started singing with them. I thought "What the !*# am I doing!? Why aren't I singing with them?!" I got up and one of the Mr. Mistoffelees smiled at me and took my hand, and I got to sing with them. Then I woke up... *hiss*

I'd say this is the coolest Cats Dream I've had so far. So naturally it's also the one I remember least. Anyway... on with the dream... First I remember walking under a huge rectangular sign that was held up by two poles about the length of a small building. It was golden and covered with glitter of the same color, over which words were plastered that said something like 'Welcome to Cats: The Greatest Musical Ever.' I walked around in whatever the area the sign led to, but I don't remember a lot about it. All I know is that a little while later, I was in a room with a grand piano. And when I say grand, I mean GRAND. It was about the size of a school cafeteria. In the middle was a small pit that Tugger and Misto were singing 'Mr. Mistoffelees' in. But as soon as they got done with that, a bunch of various cats got up on the piano with them and started signing, of all things to sing in a Cats-oriented dream on top of a cafeteria-sized grand piano, '99 Luft Balloons.' (What did you expect!?)But it was really cool because the cats were doing that cat-like head thingy they do (you know what I'm talking about, don't you!?) and dancing all over the place while they were singing it in harmonic voices. Either I woke up, or I can't remember anything else.
