If I could soar away
Cross the heavens I would glide
Touching clouds with gentle wings
Burning stars would be my guide
I'd pass the milky way
And touch Orion's beauty deep
I'd cross the planet's paths
Upon Jupiter I'd sleep
There is no soul on earth
That could bring me to such place
But my gaze into the heavens
Would be my saving grace
My mind can take me upward
Out of this world below
To places of great beauty
To the universe I know
Iwould leave you not forgotten
For my memory lingers there
With all colours and sweet moonlight
I'd let you know I care
I would lay on loving Venus
I'd send you my sweet love
You'd feel me wrap around you
When you gazed the stars above
