WELCOME TO THE JUICE BAR !

Care for some cool refreshing home-made juice ? Choose from the following recipes to make your own very juice for your family , friends or even for your self to enjoy !

Here's some suggested filling juices that are suitable for dieting & all occasions :

(1)

A quater to half a stick of carrot (Your choice)

One half of a lemon

Some ice cubes or crushed ice

Blend these ingredients together in the juice blender on high speed . Make sure that the ice are crushed completely . Add two teaspoons of sugar or honey to taste . (*Some of you may not like the after-taste , simply reduce the carrot quantity and add more sugar or honey ) . This juice is also filling , nutritious & reduces the those hunger pangs !

50g to 70g of strawberries( Your choice . You may increase them if you like)

Some crushed ice or ice cubes

Some rum or alcohol(Your choice)(Optional)

One or two mint leaves

Blend the strawberries with the curshed ice or ice cubes in the juice blender at high speed . Again , make sure that the ice is completely crushed . Next , add the rum or alochol to the juice . (optional ) . Pour the juice into your glass & serve with the mint leaves on top of the juice !( If you like , you may also want to blend in some slices of oranges or lemon to add that tingy zingy flavour ! )This is suitable for any time and especially for that hot summer afternoon !

Some crushed ice

Some crushed peanuts ot walnuts or some other nuts you fancy

Some bananas ( Around 50g to 100g or more if you like)

Blend all these together . Also blend in some slices of green apples if you like a slightly sourish-sweet taste to your juice . Suitable for all occassions and everyone in the family . Of course , Don't forget to add some sugar or honey to taste ! Have fun !

Here's another variation of the lemon juice you may like to try :

Half to a whole lemon(peeled)(Your preference)(You may also need to cut the lemon into smaller pieces to allow adequate and smooth blending)

Some crushed ice or ice cubes

Some mint leaves

Few pieces of oranges(around three to four pieces or more if you like)

Blend the ice-cubes or crushed , the lemon and oranges together . Make sure that the ice is completey blended with the rest of the ingredients . Strain the final juice if you do not like the fibre . Next , pour the juice into a glass and put the mint leaves in . Stir . This is great for all occasions especially for those lazy hot afternoons by the beach or your swimming pool . Add a small cocktail umbrella by the side of your glass if you like too!
