What would you like to have ? I have everything from tea for relieving stress , for relaxation , for good digestion after a heavy meal , to reduce stomach gas , to reduce fever & more .

Just sit on your favourite chair & relax and have a cup of nice warm or cold tea togther , shall we ?

TEAS FOR ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT /DIGESTIVE DISORDER :

(1)GINGER TEA WITH SUGAR / HONEY :

Just simply add one or two slices of ginger root (Peeled , of course) to a cup of boiling water . Allow the ginger root slice(s) to simmer for five to ten minutes. This allows the ginger root essence to diffuse into the warm water . Add a some honey / sugar to taste . Drink it slowly .

In additon to this , you might like to try some deep-breathing exercises to relax yourself & to relieve tension of the pain . Relax your mind as well . You might also like to try to massage your pain area with a warm towel gently or just simply place a warm towel to the affected area for a few minutes . Warm the towel again after it has cooled & repeat the process .

OR

(2)ADD THE FOLLOWING LEAVES :

1 teaspoon lemon verbena ,

1 teaspoon marigold ,

1 teaspoon menthol

to a half pot of warm water (depending on the servings you want ) & let it to infuse for three to five minutes . Strain it . Add honey / suger to taste . You might also like to add slice of lemon to your tea . ( I would recommend drinking this tea warm )

OR

GOOD DIGESTION TEA :

Add the following suggested tea leaves to a half pot of warm water ( depending on the number of servings you want ) :

1/2 teaspoon of lemon balm leaves ,

1 teaspoon chamomile,

1/2 teaspoon anise/fennel seeds ,

1 teaspoon of rosemary herb .

Allow the leaves to simmer in the warm water for about three to five minutes before drinking . Strain it . Add sugar / honey . ( Personally , I prefer honey as it has anitbacterical properties & good digestive qualities )(You need not add all of these leaves above . It is also fine if you can only get two or more of the suggested ingredients above . The mixture is up to you )( You might also like to serve this cold )

TEAS FOR REDUCING FEVERS / COLDS :

First of all , always check the temperature of the sick person . Make sure that they are comfortable with a cup of water at their side , some tissues or hanky . Do not cover them with warm blankets as this may raise their temperature. ( This also depends on the sick person . Sometimes they might feel cold & hot on and off ) ( This also depends on your own treatment of the sick person : ie , your family treatment or physican's advice etc ) . Here are some suggeested teas to reduce fever or to bring about feverish sweat so as to cool their body temperature . Should their temperature increases persistantly , apply some ice or cold towel to their body ( under their arms , forehead , on the soles of their feet , their backs . Do not apply it to their chest ) and seek your doctor's help !

(1)CHAMOMILE TEA WITH HONEY :

This is to encourage the bringing upon sweat to cool down thebody temperature . Honey is added to supplement the vitamin c and fight off germs

(2)TRY THE FOLLOWING SUGGESTED MIXTURES :

1 teaspoon lemon verbena ,

1 teaspoon small mallow

to a half pot of warm water . Allow it to infuse for five to seven mintues before straining it to drink . Add sugar / honey to taste .( in this case , I recomend manuka honey as it has the extra anti-bactercial properties to fight off germs . If you cannot get hold of such honey , ordinary honey is also fine )**SMALL MALLOW : for coughs & colds , soothes respiratory problems .

LAVENDER can also be added to relieve tension & fatigue , headaches & migraine .

TEAS FOR HEADAHCES / MIGRAINES : Perhaps you might like to try one of the following or a mixture of the suggested leaves below :

(1)1 teasppon lavender ,

(2)1 teaspoon chamomile ,

(3)1 teaspoon marigold etc.

Also try to get some sleep or relax yourself on your favourite hair & listen to some soft relaxing music . Close the curtains if you like to block out the light to give yourself a restful sleep . Should the headache / migraine persists , seek your doctor's help .

FOR SORE THROAT :

Try the following mixture :

1 teaspoon honey (Manuka honey if you can get hold of it. Ordinary honey would also do just fine) ,

teaspoon pink rose buds

1 teaspoon sage(optional) . Some may not like the taste)

to a half pot of hot / warm water . Let it to infuse for five to ten minutes before straining it to drink . Add sugar if you don't prefer honey . Drink about two to three times a day . In the meantime , do not eat oily or fried foods . Drinks lots of fluids & rest your voice . Drink lemon juice too to supplement your Vitamin C level .
