CLOTHING - Only Traditional White Gi Allowed

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Compulsory (Protective Equip in Red & Blue)
Juniors WUKO Style Hand Mitts, Gum Shields, Groin Guard for Boys
Shin Guards, Shin & Instep For Under 10
Seniors WUKO Style Hand Mitts, Gum Shields, Groin Guard.

Below Are Optional, But Recommended.
Head Guard for Under 10 Only, Girls & Ladies Chest Guards,

FIRST AID - Fully Qualified First Aid Will Be In Attendance.

FIGHTING AREAS
Only One Coach/Instructor Will Be Allowed Around the Fighting Area.
Please Inform Any Spectators or Parents That They Must Remain In The Seated Areas.

ETIQUETTE
High Standard of Etiquette in Required from All Competitors Towards Fellow Competitors and Officials.

All Kata Events will be completed First, Followed by Junior Team Kumite, Junior Individual Kumite,
Senior Team Kumite & Senior Individual Kumite
