Demeter

Demeter is one of the lead queens, who gets to sing and dance alot. I really like her, and she has really cool gloves! ^_^ Most of the time she is with Bombalurina, who I think is her best friend, not sister. Also, she seems ot have a soft spot for Grizabella, and she tries to touch her, but is too afraid. There are rumors about her and Macavity, and I think that he kidnapped her as a kit and raped her and stuff, but she ran away and became a jellicle. But she is still afraid of him, which is why she sings "Macavity." In the movie, she is with Munkustrap, and I think they are TOTALLY cute together. But in some of the shows, she is with my Alonzo, but I guess thats ok. She is named after the Greek (At least, I think it's Greek...) goddess Demeter, who is supposidly big on nature. She is traditionally the first one to go on stage in the performances and do her little headlights thing.
