Lady

In addition to being our oldest horse, Lady is also our tamest. She is about
20-25 years old which is also the average life span of a horse, though there have been
horses as old as 50 years old. Lady first arrived at our farm three years ago along
with Thunder and Acorn. She has lived up to her breed as quarter horse through her
ability to be quick to start, easy to handle, and of a temperament suitable for handling
cattle under a wide variety of conditions.
