Open a canvas 700x200....open your text and shrink it to task bar if you are using mine... ..shrink the pattern in PSP......or add it to your patterns in PSP... add new layer... With the text tool set at size... 80..stroke set at black... line set at 2...

fill set at pattern supplied......click on the pattern and change the settings to these settings

floating and antalias checked... type your name and place it in the middle of the canvas.... While the text is still active use this inner bevel...

Here you can change your pattern settings to your choosing these are just what I chose....

Also when placing your text on top of the previous layer...make sure it sits exactly on top... with the ctrl key held down and using your arrows to the right of the keyboard...move your text

1)Re name layer 1....Edit...copy merge..in AS...right click on canvas and paste as new animation

2)Add new layer re name 2...and with your text tool ..add another text.... now in the pattern, just change the size to about 15....place this text right on top of the previous layer..close off layer 1.... add the same inner bevel...selections...select none...re name layer 2.. ...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

3)Add new layer re name 3...and with your text tool ..add another text.... now in the pattern, just change the size to about 35....place this text right on top of the previous layer....close off layer 2..add the same inner bevel.... re name layer 3... selections...select none...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

4)Add new layer re name 4...and with your text tool ..add another text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 70....place this text right on top of the previous layer...close off layer 3...add the same inner bevel... selections...select none......edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

5)Add new layer re name 5...and with your text tool ..add another text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 105....place this text right on top of the previous layer...close off layer 4...selections...select none...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

6)Add new layer re name 6...and with your text tool ..add another text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 140....place this text right on top of the previous layer....close off layer 5...selections...select none... ..edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

7)Add new layer..re name 7.... layer and with your text tool ..add another text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 175....place this text right on top of the previous layer...close off layer 6.....selections...select none... ...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

8)Add new layer...re name 8... layer and with your text tool ..add another text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 205....place this text right on top of the previous layer...add the same inner bevel...selections...select nojne... ...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

9)Add new layer...re name 9... layer and with your text tool ..add anohter text....now in the pattern, just change the size to about 240....place this text right on top of the previous layer...close off layer 8...selections..select none... ...edit...copy...merge.. in AS...right click on last frame and paste after current frame

10)Click on layer 8 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

11)Click on layer 7 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

12)Click on layer 6 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

13)Click on layer 5 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

14)Click on layer 4 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

15)Click on layer 3 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

16)Click on layer 2 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

17)Click on layer 1 to highlight it...edit...copy..merge... in AS...right click on last frame...paste after current frame

Now is a good time to re size...animation resize and I took mine down to 500

Edit...select all....animation frame properties set at 15
