Supplies

Open background in Animation shop...duplicate it 19 times for a total of 20 frames...open your fish...octopus and whale in animation shop.... ...click on the fish...edit..select all..edit...copy... ...click on the background...edit...select all...edit...paste into selected frames and place the little fish where you want him before releasing the mouse....do the same with the octopus and the whale, now that was easy

Go into PSP and open a new canvas 600x300.... with your text tool ..font set at debussy or your choice.....size set at 48 ...stroke set at null..colour set at #005870 or your choice... floating and antalias checked...type your name and while it is still active add this inner bevel

Selections...select none...ctrl C....in animation shop ctrlV.. this will paste your name in AS...Click on effects.... insert image effect.....click on customize and scroll to underwater... add these settings

Right click on frame 1 and delete...you should now have 20 frames... click on the text frames...edit...select all...edit...copy... click on your background...edit...select all... edit...paste into selected frames

Edit...select all...animation...frame properties set at 20, this you can play with... edit...select all...animation...re size to 400, your choice here
