Tryck Gardens and Nursery is located aproximately 1 mile east of the Seward Highway on Rabbit Creek Road, at the south edge of Anchorage, Alaska. The Garden and Nursery is nestled on a south facing slope at the edge of one of the northern most rain forests in the world. Because of the unique and rich environment as well as the notorious Alaskan summers, Mr Tryck has been able to nurture one of the most unique collections of native plants, shrubs, orchids, and trees. He has also collected exotic plants and trees from all over the United States and The world.
His success in cultivating this unique collection of flora has earned him recognition from all over the country and the world. People come from all parts of the globe to experience and enjoy his gardens as well as to learn from his success in botany and horticulture.
