"Is Ellen there?"
"Yeah, hold on."
"Hello?" She asked.
"Hey Ellen. What's up?"
"Hey Jamie," she said a little depressed that is wasn't Taylor.
"Nice to talk to you, too," she laughed.
"Sorry, I was hoping he would call me."
"Ellen, don't worry Zac hasn't called me back yet."
"Yeah, but I actually thought he liked me," Ellen laughed.
"Shut up! Are you coming over or what?"
"Oh yeah, let me see. Mom, can I go over to Jamie's? Yeah, I'll be over in a
sec."
In 3 minutes Ellen was over at Jamie's saying how Ellen thought she had no
luck with guys lately. They just hung around that night. Then went to bed.
After listening to Middle of Nowhere once. There was a knock at the door,
when they got up to answer it Taylor and Zac were standing there. They came
in, just as they were about to kiss...
"Ellen! Get up!" Jamie yelled.
"Damn you, Jamie I was just in the middle of THE best dream."
"We're going to the mall."
"I hate shopping," Ellen whined.
"Tough, get over it," Jamie replied.
After they got dressed & Jamie spent 30 min on her hair and make-up they were
ready to go. "Jamie, you really shouldn't spend all that time on you hair and
make up." Ellen said.
"Shut up!" Jamie said looking at Ellen with hardly any make up: all she had
to do was brush her hair and go.
Jamie got: jean shorts, Gap shirt, Adidas (blue), and black DOCS with the
flower prints. Ellen got: a Roxy swimsuit, gap shirt, jeans, and brown DOCS.
They went back to Ellen's to sleep at her house. They showed Ellen's mom what they bought, then they ate dinner, then they decided to go swimming. They went swimming Ellen in her Roxy & Jamie in her J. Crew. They went into Ellen's room to change, they opened her door and Hanson was sitting right on her bed, listening to her stereo.
They were so surprised. Jamie opened her mouth to scream, but nothing came out, she just stood there with her mouth open. "How, when, why?" is all she managed to say. She turned to Ellen looking for some kind of explanation, but she just shrugged her shoulders. Then Zac wanted to go into this long explanation of why they were there, but Isaac stopped him before he had a chance, "Hi, I'm Isaac. And I guess you're Ellen?" he said to Ellen.
"Yeah, how did you know?" she asked.
"You have no clue how much Taylor has told me about you." He informed her.
They told them their dad was going to pick them up in 3 hours. They were
hungry, so they decided to go and get ice cream. Then right next to the ice
cream shop was a candy store. As they went in this is what Ellen heard: "All
right..SUGAR HIGH!" Zac yelled.
"Jellybeans!" Taylor yelled.
They all got what they wanted and Isaac drove them back to Ellen's house. Zac
and Jamie hit it off instantly. Taylor and Ellen were becoming really good
friends. Well, Isaac was just kinda there. Ellen remembered Sue and called
her the second she got home..
"Hello?" Sue answered.
"Sue, ya gotta come over right now!" Ellen said out of breath.
"Why?" Sue asked.
"You'll see."
"Ok, I'll be over in a little while."
"Hurry!"
In 20 min. Sue was over at Ellen's.
"We wanted to surprise you, so we had Tay answer the door."
Sue's reaction was the same as Jamie's was. After another 1 and a half hour
Walker showed up, ready to take the boys back to the hotel. Zac kissed Jamie
on the lips and Tay kissed Sue on the lips (just little pecks). Ellen pulled
Tay in and said," You'll have to call me sooner next time.!"
"Got ya" he laughed.
Sue started looking a little jealous, until Tay said "I'll call you later."
"Cool!" she said.
"Bye Isaac sorry this was kinda boring for you," Ellen said as they hugged.
"It wasn't all that boring, plus it was cool meeting you."
"Bye" Ellen said.
"Bye Ellen."
They got into the rental car and left. The girls were so hyper they couldn't
go to sleep. They just laid there thinking how cool their lives now were..
Then they finally fell asleep.
By this time Zac had asked Jamie out and Taylor had asked Sue out. Ellen
had become really really close with Taylor, close with Isaac, but she hadn't
really gotten to know Zac. Ellen, Jamie, and Sue had all flown out to Tulsa
for a few days. Their tour was to start in one month. Sue, Tay, Jamie, and
Zac had gone off somewhere, and Walker and Diana wanted to go to dinner.
"Isaac? Will you baby-sit for the little ones?" Diana asked.
"Yeah, sure mom." Isaac answered.
They left, leaving Isaac and Ellen to watch Jessie, Avery, Mackie, and Zoe..
"Hey, Ellen?" Isaac asked quietly not wanting to wake up the others.
"Yeah, Isaac?"
"You know how it seems that everybody favors one of us?" he asked
"Yeah, a lot of people do and will."
"You didn't do that.; see you just got to know all of us. I think that is
really cool and nice of you to do that."
"Well, I have a crush on Tay, but I knew he liked Sue. So I didn't want to
say anything, so I laid off."
"When Tay first called you," Isaac paused, "he wouldn't shut-up about how cool
you were and how he wanted to meet you. I feel like he has led you on."
"Don't worry, Isaac." Ellen reassured him. "It doesn't bother me. If it
doesn't bother me that much, it shouldn't bother you."
"I care about you," Isaac whispered.
"Isaac please don't tell me you care about me in that way, right?"
"Ellen I love you as a best friend or more less a sister."
"Thank you, Isaac," she stopped, "I really didn't want you to say that you
liked me and I just told you I had a crush on Tay."
"You know.... I think that is why I like you so much, because we can tell each
other things."
"I'm tired; I'm going to bed," she announced.
"I'm gonna wait til somebody comes home."
"Goodnight, Isaac," Ellen said sleepily.
"See ya tomorrow, Ellen."
She left and sat in bed. She heard Diana and Walker come in and thank Isaac
for watching the kids, and asked where Ellen was. Ellen fell asleep thinking
how sweet Isaac was to say that about her.
After the younger ones and Diana, Ellen was the first up, then Isaac, Jamie,
Sue, and Tay. Then Zac just barely made it into the kitchen. "What's wrong
with Zac?" Sue asked concerned.
"It takes him ten minutes to recharge," Ellen said laughing.
"So, what are we doing today?" Jamie asked.
"Well Isaac," Tay paused to think. "Do you think you can take us to play
Laserquest?"
"Yeah, If Ellen and I can come," he said kinda rude.
"Why wouldn't you come?" Taylor asked confused.
"Well, last night me and Ellen were stuck home baby-sitting, but apparently
you guys were out to late to know that any way." Isaac informed him.
"Sorry!" Zac said sarcastically.
"Whenever you are ready to go tell me.."
They went to Laserquest and stopped at McDonalds. They got home and the
three girls went on a walk.
"Sue, you have to tell Taylor."
"I know," she said sadly.
"We'll be there," Ellen reassured her.
They went back inside and asked to see all of the boys outside in the tree
house. "Zac, Isaac," she paused. "Taylor, I have got something really
important to tell you."
Taylor looked at her with his crystal blue eyes, whatever it was it wasn't
going to be good.
