Hello Again
Chapter 5
"Why don't they ever warn us about these things?" Susie said as she
helped Stacey clean her room.
"I don't know!" Stacey said. "But," she added. "I do know that I
can't wait to see Tay!"
"I can't wait to see Zac!" Susie said.
"What are you two girls rambling on and on about?" Ruth, Stacey's
mom said appearing in the doorway again.
"Taylor-um...The Hanson family is coming back!" Stacey said.
"Oh, really?" Ruth said. "When did they call?"
"Oh, they didn't call! They are probably gonna try to scare us
again. But on their page they said that their in the middle of the
Pacific!!!" Susie said. Susie was just like Ruth's own daughter so
it wasn't unusual to see Susie blurting things out in front of her.
"Oh. I think I got all that!" Ruth said laughing at how quickly
Susie said that.
"Ohhhhhhhh!!" Susie squealed after she folded a shirt that use to be
on the floor.
"Just make sure you don't make any plans without telling me." Ruth
said looking at the two gigglely girls.
"Okay!" Stacey and Susie said together.
"All right." Ruth said smiling to herself. That was how excited she
and her sisters use to get about the Hudson brothers coming to their
home town. "Oh and girls?"
"Yeah?" they both said.
"The room looks good!"
"Really?" Stacey said looking at the nearly sparkling room. "I
think it still needs some work!"
"Maybe you should take a break."
"Mom! We just started!" Stacey cried over reacting for everything
because of all the excitment.
"You've been working for a solid hour."
"Whatever!"
