Web UV Curing modules are designed to suit individual curing application. Each system consist  of UV lamp of arc length from 18 inches to 42 inches. Lamp wattage range from 200 watts per inch to 450 watts per inch.

The system is incorporated with a lamp reflector mirror polished for UV reflection, UV housing and the hood.  Shutters are provided operating either by pneumatic or motorized. 

Separate control panel, which is stand alone, movable on castor wheel. Control panel consist of UV lamp power supply, lamp controls, cooling controls, hour indicator, controls for operating the shutter.

An input has to be provided from the printing station to the control panel. When the printing is stopped for a short period, the UV lamp will switch itself to half power and the shutter is closed.

The system operates on 415V + 5%  50 Hz. or as specified by the user. 
System are available with PLC control, special shutters basically designed to suit Muller Martini concept machines.
 
 

• System completely ready for commission consisting of UV lamp head, cabinet, control unit, exhaust unit, radiation shielding and connecting cables.
• Finish : powder coated.
• The lamp head and the reflector are made of aluminium, mild steel with reflector mirror polished.
• The exhaust unit  consist of fan inlet and centrifugal blower.
• All electrical and pneumatic cables are connected in the lamphead and guarantee easiest handling in the case of maintenance or service work.
• Separate control panel on castor with illuminated pushbutton for indication and all read out of voltage, current lamp life meter are digital.
• The shutter automatically closes when the press is stopped and the lamp switches to half power.
• Supply voltage: 380/400/415Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz.
