Brother Jimmy has traveled for over 35 yrs spreading the gospel in song and in sermon. Brother Jimmy is the Pianist for the group, sings baritone, and is also the evangelist for the group. The Ambassadors, along with doing singings and concerts, are also active in doing revival work. Brother Jimmy does the preaching at the revival services. Brother Jimmy started his southern gospel music career in 1964 whenn he traveled with "The Journeymen Quartet". He sang and played with them 25 years. He was also with "The Gospel Echoes" for eight years. In 1991, Brother Jimmy and his family felt lead to start a family group. Thus, The Ambassadors was formed. God has blessed the group over the years, expanding their ministry from just a basic Southern Gospel singing group to an evangelistic team.
Brother Jimmy was born with a crippling bone disease called Osteo Genisis Imperfecta. This disease causes the bones to be very brittle. He has been in a wheelchair all of his life, but that hasn't slowed him down at all. The doctors told him that there was no way for him to live to be twelve years of age, but they just didn't know the God that He and his grandparents knew. Brother Jimmy is now 52 years old, and going strong. Brother Jimmy had over 200 broken bones before his 16th birthday, but after he gave his life over to God, he never had another fracture. God is so great!!!!! Brother Jimmy has had a wonderful life. He has worked for over 30 years as office manager of a sewing factory. He has never had to be on Disability or Food Stamps. He has always been able to take care of his family.
Brother Jimmy is a wonderful Christian man who wants to be lead in every way by The Holy Spirit in every way. I'm sure that you will be blessed by his ministry.

Sister Debbie is a vital part of The Ambassadors. Like I said before, she is the "Momma" of the group. Sister Debbie is the creator of The Ambassadors' News Letter. She does a great job making the Newsletter. She has a great talent doing that. Although creating the newsletter is a very important job, the main job that Sister Debbie has, is keeping the rest of the group in line. She does a great job at that (although it's a hard one). Most of her time now days is spent with her new grandson Devin. You can definitly tell that she is a proud Maw Maw. Sister Debbie also takes the lead on a couple of songs that The Ambassadors do.
Sister Debbie is a tremendous blessing to The Ambassadors. I'm sure that you can see how important She is to the The Ambassadors.
