Kerala:
A very green and fertile state, with beautifull palms and beaches. A backwatertrip is
something not to be missed. Hotelstandards are in general high and prices low. Keralan people
are very friendly and easygoing and among the darkest one in India. Many travellers favourit state.

It's rather surprising, but India have 50-60 million tribals. Most of these are found
in Rajastan and the North Eastern States (although many of these are of limits for the traveller).
