2-17- Daytona 500-Bad start to a new season. Finished 39th and gets 1st DNF because of broken suspension. However, Jeff did have a real good car until the failure. I hope this is not going to be the norm for this year!
2-24- Auto Club 500-Jeff had the car to beat before the rain out of the race. Then he only had a 3rd place car when they finished the race the next day!
3-2- UAW/Dodge 400-Had a good car, but lost it on a restart, with 5 laps remaining while battling for 2nd place, and hit the inside wall finishing 35th. Second DNF of the season. Not a good start to a new year!
3-9- Kobalt Tools 500-Started on the pole, but just didn't have the car to win. Ran in the top 5 all day! Finished 5th! Moves to 15th in the point standings.
3-16- Food City 500-Finished 11th. Better get on the ball, before he starts to dig a hole so deep that he can't climb out! Moves to 14th in points.
3-30- Goody's Cool Orange 500-Wow! Started on the pole, caught up in an accident early in the race and finishes 2nd! Jeff had the car, but traffic late in the race held him up. Should have won this one. Moves to 9th in points.
4-6- Samsung 500-Only the 2nd time in Jeff's career that he has finished 43rd! This is the 3rd DNF this year. Better step it up before he gets to far out of the top 12 in points. Currently is in 14th.
4-12- Subway Fresh 500-Finished 13th. Better than last week, but not much. Moves to 13th in points.
4-27- Aaron's 499-Jeff had a good car, but got hung out to dry! Finished 19th.
5-3- Crown Royal 400-Finished 9th. Pretty good considering he started 43rd and went down a lap early on.
5-10- Dodge Charger 500-Much better! Finished 3rd! Never had a winning car though. Moves to 10th in points. Need to keep up this type of performance.
5-17- Sprint All-Star Challenge*-Never had a chance. Who is making the calls in the pits? A monkey? To many drastic changes. (over adjusting of the car)
5-25- Coca Cola 600-Turned a bad day into a good one with pit stadegy and a little luck. Finished 4th.
6-1- Best Buy/Autism Speaks 400-Another top 5 finish (5th)! Need to get in the winners circle. Moves into 6th in points.
6-8- Pocono 500-Finished 14th. Drops to 8th in points.
6-15- Lifelock 400-Finished 18th. Drops to 9th in points. Going backwards again. What is the problem?
6-22- Toyota/SaveMart 350K-Finished 3rd! Things are looking up. Had a little luck on his side today! Moves to 6th in points.
