Yo Peeps! *coughs and sniffles* being sick, sucks. Really. Anyways....since I've been cooped up indoors over the weekend, I've had a chance to do a few things here online. First off, and probably what most people are happy to see is that I actually have some new art up. While I was up at college I didn't have a scanner, and other than scanning things over at my aunt's house and then bringing the files on disc back to the dorm...I had no means to get my art online. (Other than new graphics I did w/ photoshop and the digital camera). Anyways, too much babbling! So some of the new images were actually drawn back in March, but are just now getting put up. 3 of them are from a poster I made that was on the door to my dorm room. A sketch is of me, my good friend Charity and a plant named Fred. It's a big time inside joke....long story. The final one is a gift for Charity, cause I promised her I would draw her something....and I must say I'm quite happy with how it came out. It's updated a lot more than this is....this page is about what is new on this site. The diary is kind of what's new in my life. Sometimes I'm ranting....sometimes I'm recalling the days events....and I'm even occasionally talking indepth about serious subjects that matter to me. Sup?! Wow! Life became so incredibly hard this semster. Not only do I have really hard classes, but I've been really sick and had to deal with a death in the family. My work has been a total pain about the fact that I've had to miss a few days due to illness and such. What jerks! Anyways, enough complaining, onto updates:)  As you may have noticed I've made new graphics and no, I'm not that vain. I just wanted something more centered around the real life me than what I draw. I do think they're cute, though I think I'll get sick of them pretty quick. So look at em while you can :P *L*
I also re-did a pic that was the first thing I had ever colored in Photoshop. It seems it is just destined to be a "first time" pic, cause it was my first try at using the WACOM tablet. Here's Kristia & Noah. Well, that's about it....except for the fact that I am working on a few new digital images, most of them using pictures of myself and my pets. :) See ya! Hey Peeps :) Well....life ain't getting any more easy. I thought maybe by now I would have gotten into a groove of balancing school, work, and band....but ummmm...yeah, it ain't happened yet. I'm EXHAUSTED! I did manage to get a work of art completed that I've been trying to find the time to finish for the past TWO months! It's a gift for my friend Beauty :) Love ya sis! Hey Guys :) Wow, life has been so horribly busy lately. I just can't believe it. Of course, I knew it wouldn't be boring when I signed up for 17 credit hours along with my job and marching band. But oh my gosh, I'm like the walking dead right now. Anyways, as far as updates...I sadly only have one image of art that's new. Though I am very proud of it. I spent a lot of time on it before I moved back up to college. New Art: Kristia But now for something totally awesome! As many of you may know I have an awesome best friend named Sara. She has her own gargoyles character, which if you've looked around anywhere in the art gallery, you've seen her. She delivered a gorgeous baby boy on September 6, 2003. (I drove home late on Saturday night...knowing I would have to be back up by Sunday night:) *L* We took pictures on Sunday (so her little babe was one day old in the pics), and I just had to make a little page. Howdy! ;p Well, I've done A LOT the past few days/weeks. Added most of the new graphics, and I must say, though they are fairly simple....I really like em! ;) I've also been working with photoshop. I drew, inked and scanned 5 new drawings (aren't you proud?!). I've even managed to get them all colored in Photoshop! I'm really happy with them....well....all except for one....the "Kristia in Human form" just irks me for some reason....oh well:) New Art: Rose | Tulip | Danielle | Kristia in human form | Night Angel It looks like it's been "usually neglected characters" week:) Tulip, Rose and Danielle are characters that usually don't get much exposure. Infact, I was really P.O'd when I looked back at one of my favorite images and saw that I had drawn Rose's ears wrong:) I was like "Dangit!". and it's colored pencil so I can't change it:) But the photoshop one I just finished is correct, so it's all good:) Let's see, bunch of little stuff has been updated, stuff you wouldn't really notice unless you were me. But it does make the site smoother and look better. Spent most of my time on graphics and art. Which if you spend time with Photoshop you know means HOURS of going, "No, wait!
