A General Theory Of Magic

This theory conceives of magic as a natural phenomenon.It assumes,contrary to the opinions of some mystics,that magic can be rationally understood;that maigic is "occult" only by default on our part,not by its own nature.

The theory differs from religious conceptions of magic in that it proposes simple laws underlying all magical phenomena.The laws account for and fully decribe the Gods themselves-among other things.Thus the Gods are,in the conception,a secondary phenomenon,and not the root of magical reality at all (though they may,in a sence,be the flower)..
