Jesse and Ronan are two non-qualified psychiatrists who can help in your time of need. Follow Dr. Ronan and Dr. Jesse's 7 step plan:

1. Get the Hanson CD "Middle of Nowhere." If you already have the CD in skip no. 2
2. Put the CD into your CD player
3. Put the CD on track 2, MMMBop
4. Listen to MMMBop until you feel better or no longer feel bad
5. Listen to it some more just because it sounds cool
6. Take the CD out of the CD player and place it in it's protective case so as not to get it scratched

How we came up with this idea:
One day Jesse was sitting there happily typing away when his world collapsed on him. All of a sudden, his computer started to repeatedly crash, the Braves were losing 8-2 and Ronan started getting all the girls. So Ronan had an idea. "Listen to MMMBop," he said "it will make you feel better." After extensive searching, Jesse finally found his CD player in the murky depths of his backpack. Immediately Jesse started feeling better. Ronan saved the day, and everyone lived happily ever after, except Ronan still gets all the girls.
