The Basic Junk About Me

Name: Ronan Rooney
On-line Name: RR (It used to be RRooney but it was too long)
Age: 12 ( I was born in '85, like Zac)
Height: 5 ft. 7 in.
Weight: 182 lbs.
Race: White male
Hair: Farely short, brown
(Quick note: Yes! I'm huge! I have to look down to my parents!)

Myself

My name: The name Ronan Rooney is VERY Irish. It's pronounced "Row-nan Roo-nee."
What I look like: Well, I've got short brown hair, I'm as tall as Taylor Hanson if not taller, and I am somewhat chubby. You'd kinda have to imagine me as a younger version Santa Claus. Yeah, that's it, a young Santa. If any of you have played MYST, I look a lot like a young Achenar.
My 3 faces: I literally have 3 faces. My first face is the parental stay within the lines, safety first face. The 2nd face is the school student, intelligent, computer nerd, classical music face. Finally the 3rd face is the "Yeah cool! Cool! This kicks!" goofy moron face. I like to control each little bit of me. Don't think I'm weird for all this. It's true. Don't worry, I'm not insane, I don't think. I don't feal insane.....
Career goals: I'd like to write for a living. This page is a great outlet for writing. If you look it all over you can see that I write a lot.
My dream: Well, I hope to just be a successful writer really. I would love to be able to work with people like Hanson really, I mean do stuff for kids about my age now. Write for all ages really. Maybe I could re-do some of those stupid text books at school. Oh yeah, I'll live in Spokane Washington, have a wife and 3 kids, and live in a 3 story house with a croquet lawn. Don't forget my awsome computer I'll have....
My Ears: I can wiggle them. And I'm the only one I know who can do it too. It's cool. I can do the left ear by itself. It also shifts my hair line.
Claim To Fame: Not much really, my cousin Mark Co-produced "Bill Nye: The Science Guy." Now I'm desperate for one, here's one. My cousin in-laws, sister's, husband's, uncle is one of the men portrayed on the Iwo Jima Memorial Statue in Washington D.C. Okay, that's better. I've got one.
Countries I Have Been To: Canada, England, Ireland, France, and the USA (duh).
Worst habit: I just picked this up about a month or two ago, I pop the joints in my thumbs. What I do is basicly make a fist with my thumbs on the inside. I know I'm making no sence.
Shows: Daria, Dr. Katz, Fraiser, Suddenly Susan, The Critic, Insomniac Music Theatre, Week In Rock sometimes, Billboard's Top 10 Countdown of the Week, MTV's Top 10 Breakdown, The Jenny McArthy Show, CNN's Tech Watch, I'll watch the Evening News of NBC or ABC, an ocasional show on TLC (The Learning Channel), and hours of VH1 and MTV music videos.

My Voice

My voice: If you were to hear me you'd notice that my voice is DEEP. My voice changed when I was in 3rd grade. It didn't crack, it just like changed over night. If it goes down anymore I'll sound like Darth Vadar.
Swearing: You wouldn't notice it from this page because of it's "pro family" policy but I do cus. I mean it's not a lot, I just like to add swearing words to a conversation. I think it adds flavor. I only swear around close friends who are used to it. But one thing I don't do is swear around small kids. It's something they just don't need and parents don't like.
Me singing: I am a horrible singer. I don't sing, that's just it. Now don't think, "If Zac can sing, so can you" or "Nobody can be that bad." Well, Zac has been raised in a singing environment and yes, it is possible for someone to be that bad.
Impressions I do:
  • Hank Hill from "King Of The Hill" or Mr. Anderson from "Beavis and Butt-Head." It's my best one.
  • Droopy. I'm not sure how to explain him, I you heard me you'd know what I mean.
  • Sean Connery. You know him from some of the old "James Bond" movies and "The Rock."
    Accents I speak:
  • Jamacan. It's the easyest to do.
  • Australian. Sorta a version of Scottish, Irish, and English.
  • Scottish. 'Nuf said.
  • English as in British. See languages.
  • Irish. This is my favorite to do. I got to spend some time in Ireland and I picked this up there.
  • Many more.
Languages: Ich spreche kaum Deutsch (I don't speak much German), my I do speak fluent British. See the deal is I spent like a week in England so I've got the accent down to perfection and my mother and I used to watch a lot of English comedies that they put on PBS so I know the lingo. It was cool. I can fool locals even.

    School

    Grade: In 7th
    Average test score: A
    Average grade: A
Lowest grade on my report card last year: A-
    Highest grade: A++
    Homework turn in: 100%
I.Q: Back at the beging of 5th grade I took an I.Q. test and got 126, I think. But anyway that is way higher than average.
My best subject: English, writing. Shows doesn't it?
My worst subject: I'm bad in a lot of things but my absolute worst subject is science.
My favorite subject: Writing, maybe 'cause I do so well in it......
Algebra: I'm taking algebra early now in 7th grade. Most take it in 8th grade. It kinda is a drag, but oh well. It'll pay off in the end.
Awards I won at school: A lot, not student of the year. But I still won a lot.
Instraments That I Play: I play the Trombone quite well. The only other instrament I can play is a tiny, tiny bit of piano. I'm talking 2 songs max. My Mom is a Piano master so she tried to teach me but I was just too stubborn. If I could get my hands on sheet music for "Middle Of Nowhere" then I'd just be, well......

    Flix

Actors: Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman, Dustin Hoffman, Tom Cruise, guys like that...
Actresses: Hmmm, I thought Rene Russo in Jerry Maguire was excelent (I think that's how you spell her name, I'll check), and the Spcie Girls soon, when there movie comes out.
My Fav Movies: The Shawshenk Redemption was EXCELLENT, Interveiw With A Vampire was cool, and Outbreak was very cool. Now you might be wondering why I'm missing some movies. Well, that's because the town I live in doesn't have a threatre and we like never rent movies. I see a very limited selection of movies.

    Music

Music: Hanson (no duh!), Spice Girls, Matchbox 20, Oasis, Third-Eye-Blind, Weird Al Yankovich, Merideth Brookes, Jewel, and I know I forgeting some others.
Bizzare music I like: I like classical to jazz and back. I like pretty much any kind of music. My Mom somehow taught me to appriciate music. I don't really go for rap, R&B, or country music. Only a very little bit of that do I like.
Songs that describe me: R.E.M.'s End Of The World As We Know It, Alanis's Ironic and You Learn, and Greig's In The Hall Of The Mountain King all put together somehow.
Note: Greig's In The Hall Of The Mountain King is a piece of classical music, I mean OLD as in the Classical stuff. You aren't expected to know it.

Music CD's That I Have: Hanson's "Middle Of Nowhere", the Spice Girls "Spice," and Spcie Girls, "Spiceworld." That's really it. Honestly. "Middle Of Nowhere" was the very first CD I ever bought. That is odd isn't it?

    My Family

My parents: Here's the strange story on my parents. Both of them are my birth parents. But the strange thing is that my Dad was 70 when I was born. That's right, 70! I'm not even going to guess how old my Mom was. Now she's like 40 now. Do the math. It's interesting having an older Dad. It gives me a didderent sence of stuff that my friends don't. C 'mon, my Dad was born before pull my finger was invented! One cool thing about it is that two other kids I know who have an older Dad both graduated top of their class with honors. You can see I have a lot to look forward to.
Brothers and sisters: I'm sorry but I'm am only child! Now don't think I'm spoiled or anything like that. I'm not. I don't get an allowance and have many more chores than my friends. I kinda' wish I did. Maybe 3 brothers with long blonde hair who like to sing. Yeah, right. I guess I'll never know.
    My Mom's side:
+My Grama and Grampa are both around the age of 80. My Grama has Parkensens diese so that means she is restricted to a walker and has a very limited memory, my grandfather is somewhat of an old conservative so I guess I can have some interesting conversations with him....
+My Aunt is pretty cool. Every christmas she buys me computer software. She's got a macintosh like me.
+I've got a load of cousins. Don't we all. I love them all equally except for a few, just kidding. They're all really cool. If I spent as much time on this page as I did writing e-mail to them this page could be HansonHitz.
    My Dad's side:
+Lets just say if they (my grandparents) were alive they'd be in the record books.
+Again, a cool Aunt. I seriously have a lot to thank this Aunt for. She is awsome, just like the other one.
+Well, everyone else on my Dad's side of the family is farely old so I don't get to identifly with them that well. I can keep in touch it's just well, there is an age clash

    My Favorite/Least Favorite Things:

Fav food: You know it's strange, it's not pizza, nachos, or anything like that it's really baked potato with sour cream with chives and bacon pieces.
Least fav food: You want a list??
Fav TV channels: I really only watch MTV, VH1, and Comedy Central. I like to watch CNN and the Evening news too.
Least fav channels: QVC and TNN.
Fav state: Alaska, my home state thank you very much.
Least fav state: California, I think I can safely make a lot of you mad by saying that. It's just California's climate is so much different than Alaska's it makes it uncomforable for me.
Fav kinda day: Overcast, a swift breeze, and mist all over.
Least fav kinda day: Sunny, hot, stuffy, and no wind.

    Totaly Weird Stuff:

Mac or Win: MACINTOSH!!! I am really one in my own kind. I am a proud Mac user.
In a game of Monopoly would I be the banker?: Yes, the banker is cool.
Shampoo: Head & Shoulders and Pert Plus. I use them both becuase I have more dandruff on my scalp then their are dogs in New York. Honesty, it is awful.
