Well, we are born suckers. Literaly. Relax. Lets talk about how to feed ourselves.
First, you have to learn where the food could be -- not the blanket, not your foot...
There are free to suck, but...
My job is rather easy. My message -- You read what they ask you to do and don't do it.
Don't subscribe, don't click, don't read, don't look...
Just say "NO"!
That is my advice.
That is my experience.
They tell you what could happen. Let me tell you what would happen.
Your banners won't work. Maybe one out of one thousand would click on it by some strange accident. Most likely it will be you (just to check if it indeed could bring you to your site).
Their "free" (automatic) submissions (the favorite tool of the porno losers, there are some who still believe that they can make money on it by spamming everybody else).
Your bulk emailling... don't even think about it.
Let me tell you what will work. You will work. You will work more than ever. And that is your only chance to make your website work.
I'm not negative, I am practical. I say it because I did all the above and I know how much time I have wasted.
You see, there are always two reasons why things work and do not work. One is you, another is the system. When things didn't work, I thought that it was me. When something did work, I thought it was the program!
Relax. Some stuff will never work no matter how hard you try.
They are not supposed to work, my friend. Think. If those programs are so great, why do they need to be advertised everywhere?
You have to trust yourself, too. You can't blame yourself for the stuff which is fake to start with. Blame yourself for something you do WRONG.
