updated mostly dailyish

Something Positive -- one sarcastic guy, two or three equally outspoken women, a melted cat. Excellent punchlines!

College Roomies from Hell!!! -- Pain of finals, roadtrips, mutations, were-coyotes and at least one ultra-controlling mother.

Sluggy Freelance -- the class webcomic. Long running, many, many, many adventures. Good storylines, well developed characters including a switch blade wielding mini lop, a buff inventor type, a regular joe, an occasional witch, vampires, alien secretaries, etc.

Queen of Wands -- relatively new, a young couple living with a roommate, the lovely lady Kestrel. Snappy lines.

Boy Meets Boy -- under the tagline of "like the gay odd couple, only sexier," BMB involves (of course) a gay couple, plus friends of gay men who have their own sexuality issues, and some various other relatives, not to mention the landlady whose mother is Satan. (What, you thought the Devil and God were men?)

Bruno -- More reality based and thoughtful. Amazing personality detail, follows the life and times of a young woman who thinks.

Scary Go Round -- it's British, for one, and it often involves murders and mysteries, and even catsuits. I think they occasionally say blimey! Also has a distinctly Flash-drawn style. (Runs tuesdays through fridays)

The Devil's Panties -- poor spelling, cute art, and boots of doom. Yes, boots of doom!

Wigu -- a little boy named Wigu who watches too much of a certain cartoon show, his goth sister who accidentally became a cheerleader, his father who writes the music for pornos, and his mother the stock-broker. Can we say bizarre family adventures?

http://www.wigu.com/index.php updated less than daily but more than weekly

Goats -- named for the mack-daddy goat Toothgnip, also contains evil bartenderesses, zombies, sex dwarfs, beer drinking and the occasional 'doodie' joke.

Nukees -- the strange world of grad students working on nuclear physics at UC Santa Barbara (I think that's where it's set)

Bruno the Bandit -- medieval setting blended with todays technology, a vice filled main character with a grand physique, lots of wizards, demons and tavern time.

Kelen - long and involved background story but some damn fine art and once I got through the background info the story is definitely intriguing...

sadly, updated only once a week

the New Adventures of Bobbin! -- comes with an exclamation point so you know it is extra special. Bobbin and her friend Jane are two delightful Singaporean school girls, slightly twisted in the way everyone normal is but doesn't want to admit. I LOVE this comic.

Bite Me -- Vampires. In revolutionary France. Written by a chick at my school who I know by sight but haven't ever actually talked to. (I'm rather in awe of her and her abilities.) She has a keen sense of humor, not to mention a grasp of French which exceeds mine, as Bite Me shows. Plus she's now back to updating regularly!

Cat and Girl -- a more intelligenstia type comic, my favorite is 'Cat and Girl Battle International Communism.'

Kung Fool -- Anime style flash drawing. Girl set to star in cheesy HK action film, but of course complications ensue... (Occasionally includes breasts. Nekkid ones!) Sadly, the updates are anything if regular.

and then the syndicated ones boondocks - got politics?
