Know what I heard on the radio earlier today? Supposedly they've found a way to let guys be pregnant. They give them a whole bunch of female hormones, you see, and then implant the zygote, or fetus, or whatever, in the male's abdomen. Then they wait nine months, keep giving him female hormones and then do a c-section. They said the scientists said it would be like a ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy in a woman.

My mum says ectopic pregnancies can't get carried to term.

One of my Brit friends said he read about it in the paper, and that the market for this was to be gay men.

Ja mon, but how weird?

I can't really give an opinion, which is what I feel like you must be expecting. I try not to form opinions on things like this, because if I do, and if it is found, there will inevitably be people who will disagree with me, and it could potentially be unpretty.

Dear oh me, I am paranoid, am I not?

Yesterday I read Alice in Wonderland, which is really quite delightful. I didn't remember how much poetry is in it though. I can really identify with Alice. Not that I dream about those sorts of things, but she likes her kitty a great deal, and she tells peo--creatures about it, and she is always trying to please them, but then she does what she wants because they are all so unreasonable.

I read The Mark of Zorro too. That's the original Zorro story, to you. Written as a newspaper serial in the 1920s, I think. I really forget and I'm too lazy to go get the book and check. Sorry.

It's a nice story, of course, because Zorro is my hero. But you can tell it wasn't written now, because the Senorita Lolita, Zorro's lady love, is mostly described by the word 'tiny.' Her tiny hands grip the reins. Her tiny feet stamp on the floor. He puts his arm around her tiny waist. That sort of thing. Not particularly realistic, you see.
