I don't think this dj (on the radio) is terribly experienced. I am fairly certain he said "Here's TLC, they don't want no scrubs" but the song which started playing is Fly Away, by Lenny Kravitz. I don't mind though, I like that song.

Ahh, now it ends and he gets defensive, "like you've never screwed up at your job! We'll play No Scrubs, I promise, after Sugar Ray." It really is Sugar Ray. Fly. (After Fly Away, yes.) This song has been overplayed, I don't particularly enjoy it.

I remember why I had stopped listening to the radio -- they overplay songs something awful. Plus, they must get scripts with the releases, every time they play -- damn, I don't recall the name now, but it's rather digitalized, the guys voice gets blipped at one point, sounds like a skipping cd. Praise or something. Every time they play it, the dj says something about how it's going to be played at all the parties this summer.

Well, not at my parties! Not that I'll have any, but still. It bothers me, but I may be easily bothered. Oh, and they keep playing Purple Rain and trying to sound smart. "It's really pouring!" *song starts* when the sky is clear.
