I would like to take this opporunity to inform you that I like cucumbers. They are my favorite vegetables.

Wait! I lie!

Artichokes are my favorite vegetable! No other vegetable could possibly compare to an artichoke. Artichokes just taste GOOD, ya know? It's really a pity that they don't grow up here in Alaska, and that they are therefore expensive.

Cucumbers now, they come at reasonable prices, and they crunch nicely when you bite them. They look like Zuccini, but zuccini is mushy inside, and stringy kind of, so it must a type of squash, which makes it nasty, doncha know?

Not cucumbers though. They are crunchy, as I said before. And the seeds have that nice, cool, slippery little skin on them.

Know what you can do with cucumbers? You can slice them up, and you can add salt. Or you can soak them in vinegar. Or if put them with garlic and yogurt, I'm told, you can get tatziki, which is Greek and eaten with crusty bread.

This concludes my commentary on veggie tables. Thank you for attending.
