The pic above appear on page 10 of the Sonic 2 manual. Look, Tails seems to be walking on Sonic's shield... or is he falling from his fly animation??

This one appear on page 20 of the manual. Normally, you can't see the items in split screen. But look where Sonic is, you can see what the item is! Weird no?
