After about 5 mins, it will transform into a tiny angel. The transformation is trangular beams ( <<<< >>>>) that appear for 10 seconds, instead of dots. The baby angel, unlike the regular Tamagotchi, is not very demanding, and behaves like an adult Tamagotchi, not needing much. .
The "check" icon is a heart shaped scale, and is the first icon to appear. Next comes a spoon with a star (food), a star (game), a winged butt (toilet flush), a bell (praise), bow and arrow (sick), a torch (light) and a happy face with wings and halo (call/attention). The scrolling between clock and regular is MUCH faster, and so are the hearts when the game is played. Below are a few screenshots of my own Angelgotchi.
