The Head Office is located aboard the Executor-class command ship, the Revenant. Warden conducts most of his business from the ship, when he is not out overseeing operations personally.
All applicants to the Smuggler's Band who make contact with a Bakura-based smuggler or affiliate must apply at the Head Office. They are then given an interview where Warden will give his answer based on both references and a personal impression.
