1) Newcomers- There is talk on the streets about a new gang cropping up on Bakura and Vecorian. Local rumors say they are well financed and looking to take control of the spice trade.
2) Pirates- There is talk that the recent pirate attacks on Bakura shipping routes are financed by the Empire. Those few who have made inquiries have disappeared.
3) Recent Disappearances- There have been a number of children and adolescents reported missing on several of the Sector's under-developed, inhabited worlds. Local authorities, badly understaffed due to the pirate attacks and the general out-of-the-way nature of those worlds, have come up with no leads.
