I vividly remember the time when I had to stay late at night just to hear him talk in a symposium at the Amphibious Warfare School(AWS), Quantico, Virginia, 1990. It was optional then, but still I stayed together with a handful of my classmates. He was the inspiration that I initiated my Battalions Sniper Program.
