[man reportor talking] At 12:25 am Wednesday Tupac was on his way in to a Time Square building to record on the eighth floor studio to record with another rapper but in the lobby Shakur was shot was shot several times including two grazings to the head.Tupac's lawyers said the attack appeared to be a set-up.
