Staring out the window,
A girl looks at the rain.
As it slowly trickles down,
She is reminded of the pain.
The pain of everyday life,
A pain that will never go away.
A raindrop is a reminder to her,
Of the life she lives everyday.
She lives life always worried,
About what she has done or will do.
She thinks she's over weight,
and ugly too.
Her personality used to attract people,
Now it makes them run away in fear.
"She has changed for the worse," they say,
"So I'd rather not come near."
How harsh people can be,
Especially in the time of need.
