Ashbourne Parish prepares for next Milennium with Jubilee 2000
Jubilee 2000 is a co-operative parish preparation and celebration. Under the guidance of a steering committee,
six groups will prepare parish-related activities during 1999 for presentation, display and celebration in 2000.
One such group is an historical committee. Over the coming months there will be research into
many aspects of parochial history. The group had there first meeting on 10th March to plan an outline strategy. Further details as matters develop.
