10/21/99-Upperback. 172 lbs. Did some back stretching and did light weights on the upper back machine to warm-up. Started with one arm dumbell rows. Similar to using a hand saw. Maxed out at 100 lbs. for 6 reps. Followed that front lats pulldown and cable rows.
10/28/99-Upper Back 170 lbs. Did some stretching and did one arm dumbell rows. Followed by close grip reverse pull downs, wide grip cable rows, and wide grip pull downs.
11/4/99-Upperback. 169 1/2 lbs. Sick. Stretched a little and did one arm dumbell row for 110x4 after 4 sets of lowr weights. Did close grip pulldowns, wide grip cable rows. Started to work traps but stopped.
11/11/99-Upperback 170 1/2 lbs. Stretched.
