PUNCHES AND DIPS
STRAWBERRY PUNCH 1- 6 oz can of frozen orange juice 2- 6oz of frozen pink lemonade 1- 10 oz frozen strawberries 3- cups water 2- large bottles of gingerale MIx and serve in punch bowl BANANA PUNCH 2 cups white sugar 2 cups water 3 bananas Blend and chill for 1 hours Blend again Add 1 1/2 cups orange juice (any kind) 1 =48oz can pinapple juice 5 tins or 2 lge bottles of gingerale Mix all together in a lge punchbowl with icecubs SLUSH 1- large can frozen orange juice 1-large can frozen lemon juice 2 cupts hot strong tea (8 tea bags) 2 cups sugar disolved in hot water 7 cups water 2 cups vodka 1 cup galliano or whiskey put in a lge tupperware container in the freezer and freeze take out of freezer every so often and stir to keep liquid from floating after a few days of freezing it is ready to serve Fill a glass half full of slush and top up with gingerale PEACH SCHNOPPS 6 cups water 1 1/2cups white sugar 1 1/4 cups of peach crystals Bring to boil for 20 min and let cool then add 40 oz of LCBO alcoholl then bottle VEGGIE OR CHIP DIPP In a blender put the following 1 small onion 1 green pepper 1/2 cup chillie sauce 1 1/2 TBsp ketchup 1 cup mayonaze or Miracle whip 1/3 cup green relish dash of salt and pepper and paprika after blending to smooth= add about a lge cont. of coolwhip until it is thick this will keep in the frig for about a week if it hasn't gotten eaten up before this Carol Keck Email address ciwhite@sympatico.ca
