How to be a House Cat:
Always be loving, no matter what.
Always be cautious around a mutt.
Be sure to chase off all rats and mice,
Even those naughty, even those nice.
Always be well groomed, tidy and neat,
Never fall on your back, always land on your feet.
Never accept water, only drink milk.
Keep yourself soft, as smooth as silk.
Be ever alert, in the dark,
Be nice to strangers, fear the bark.
Keep your claws nice and sharp,
Meow softly, sound like a harp.
Be light on your feet,
Be cute, cuddly, and ever so sweet.
Curl your tail when you are happy,
Always play nice, never be snappy.
Grow your whiskers greatly long,
Always be correct, and never be wrong.
Always go peacefully, into the tub,
And everywhere you go, ask for a belly rub.
