Notations on the Biggs family
The Biggs lived in the Paint Rock vicinity, bore and raised their children there. They lived with his parents, Preston and Priscilla C. Bettis Biggs, on the old homestead in Titsworth and farmed. One daughter had died at birth and the oldest son lived to be 18 years old and died of pneumonia. After Sarah Elizabeth died, Alfred stayed on the farm until his death. John Walter Biggs bought the property next to his father and lived there all his life.

Shirley, Little Rock, & Mrs. M. J. Beck, Paris. Funeral services held at Paint Rock Cemetery”.
