Rep. Hare (D-IL): ‘I Don’t Worry About the Constitution’
Rep. Phil Hare (D-IL) yesterday in which he cuts through all the bull when asked by a constituent about the unconstitutional government health care bill and says, “I don’t worry about the Constitution on this.”
When Hare’s constituent points out that Hare has broken the oath he swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution, Hare counters that we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (which are mentioned in the Declaration of Independence), not the U.S. Constitution
