So, now we have it... in order to defend itself, the United States must get authorization not just from our allies... and not just from our enemies (after all, the "globe" would presumably include the country we intend to attack?) but now we have to get permission from the entire UNIVERSE, which I presume would include beings we don't yet know exist, or have any formal lines of communication with...
In other news, John Kerry announces that Art Bell will come out of retirement to be Secretary of State in a Kerry administration...
Nearly 1,000,000 Klingons were disenfranchised in the 2000 election. "Oh, the non-humanity! So know we know what Kerry meant that "world leaders" backed him. He was referring to OTHER worlds!
