Breakfast Pizza

My mom made this for a Brunch I had on New Year’s Day.
It was perfect with orange juice with champagne.

Dough Recipe:
1-1/3 cup Water
2 tsp. Sugar
1-1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 pkg. Yeast

Topping:
9 eggs, scrambled
1-16 oz. package of bacon, cooked
2 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese, shreaded
2 cups Mozarella Cheese, shreaded
Parsely, chopped
1/4 cup red and green peppers, chopped (optional)
13” Pizza Pan

Prepare the dough as according to your bread maker on the dough cycle. (You can buy prepared dough if desired) Set aside. Scramble the eggs and set aside. Fry and cook bacon. Cut into bite sized pieces and set aside. Shread the 2 cheeses and set those aside. Chop peppers finely and set aside. Spread the dough in the pizza pan. (I have a 13-1/2” pan so it fit perfectly but you have smaller pans that’s OK). Sprinkle on top the eggs, bacon, cheeses, peppers and parsely. Cook at 375 degrees for about 20 minitues until the crust is light brown. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
