Cheddar Dill Scones

2-1/2 cups flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 Tb. baking powder
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs slightly throttled
1/2 cup of half and half

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the butter, eggs and half & half. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in eggs and half & half until moist. Turn dough onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth. Divide dough in half; roll each half into an 8” circle. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Place 1” apart on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Goes good with beer.
