4 chicken breasts, pounded flat Combine cream cheese, Dales Sauce, bacon bits and scallions. Mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture on each pounded chicken evenly and thickness depends on your taste. Lay spinach leaves over the spread on the chicken. Roll up breast and secure with toothpick. Combine bread crumbs and salt & pepper. Dip rolled chicken in the bread crumb mixture. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
