1 whole chicken or 1-2 lbs. white breasts, cut up Brown chicken (with skins for fat, then remove) place in pressure cooker with above ingredients, for 20 minutes in pressure cooker or 4 hours in slow cooker.In a bowl, beat egg yolk with milk or ½ & ½ with the flour. Take out chicken stir the cream mixture into the broth mixture and pour over chicken. Serves 4.
