3-4 lbs. pkg corned beef Rinse meat, pat dry and place in a roasting pan lined with foil. Arrange onion and orange slices on and around the corned beef. Pour the water over it. Sprinkle with the pickling spices and lay celery stalks over meat. Seal closed with the foil so that it forms a tent. Bake for 3-1/2 - 4 hours in 300 degree oven.
