1/2 cup shredded carrot In one bowl, combine carrot, zucchini, dressing, scallions, garlic, basil, and salt and pepper. Stir in the oats. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into six patties. Spray an unheated wire grill with nonstick cooking spray. Grill burgers over medium heat for 15-18 mins or until no longer pink, turning once. Spread dressing if desired onto buns and serve with lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices.
