Texas Hot Wiener Sauce

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. onions, minced fine
1 clove garlic
1-1/2 cans of tomatoes, cut up fine
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1 Tb. chili powder
3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Fry the ground beef with the onions and garlic until browned. Add the other ingredients to the meat mix. Simmer for about 1 hour. This can be used on both hot dogs/wieners or hamburgers with a little mustard and raw onion.
