1 (14 oz.) package of carmels Melt carmels in milk over low heat; add pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered wax paper. Chill. Melt the chocolate chips. Dip candy into chocolate and return to wax paper. Chill again. You may want to buy fancy candy papers to hold the candies.
