Oriental BBQ Glaze

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tb. catchup
1 Tb. mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tb. minced peeled gingerroot or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbs. water

In small bowl stir all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 3/4 cup. Glaze chicken, pork, beef or shrimp on the grill.
