Pasta Meat Sauce

1 large Bermuda onion
5 strips celery
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbs. butter
12 Italian sausage links (sweet)
1 hot sausage link
1-1/2 lb ground beef
oregano
parsely
black pepper
salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. curry
2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
8 oz. heavy cream

Chop and soften onion, celery and garlic in butter and olive oil. Add sausage and chopped meat and cook til brown. Add other ingredients and cook for 2 hours. Add heavy cream 1/2 hr before serving. Serve over pasta.
